I will not start until the client has paid at least 50%.

Once the client has paid, I will update them through every phase of the art (Sketching, Coloring, and Final Details). If otherwise, I will send an update at least every other day to ensure accountability.

I am a college student, so there may be delays in updates or a longer TAT due to academics or personal tasks.

All finished artworks will be used for my portfolio, social media posts, or samples.

ART CANNOT BE USED FOR GEN AI, the client will be blacklisted and posted on social media for awareness.

The art recieved by the client is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any other use of the product for commercial purposes will have to be discussed upon alongside an additional fee.

I will only accept PHP (₱) and USD ($). For any other currency, please convert it to USD.

PHP (₱) is for LOCALS ONLY. Unless the international client pays the USD equivalent, anyone that insists on paying in this currency will be declined or blacklisted.

Client will be doing a 50-50 payment system; half payment upfront to secure slot, then the remaining half once I have shown the watermarked final piece.

Refunds cannot be requested unless I am unable to finish the commission for any reason, or have not started on it within 2 months.

Additional Characters are 100% of base price._{[Excluding YCH]}

Complex designs (i.e Hoyoverse designs) are an additional 20% of the base price._{[ONLY APPLICABLE TO REGULAR CHIBIS]}

The artwork will be delivered digitally via Gmail/Google Drive. Other methods, whether digital or physical, have to be mutually agreed upon before the commission. The client will bear any any costs by this alternative such as material costs, subscriptions, and shipping fees.

Revisions during the sketching phase are encouraged! However once I have started coloring, only minor revisions (change of color, fixing/adding small details) will be done. Any major revisions such as a change in character or concept will not be entertained unless an additional fee is paid.

Any disrespectful or uncomfortable behavior from the client will NOT be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the commission. They will recieve a partial/full refund depending on the progress done.
